So many critics think that more we advanced in the field of technology, more it incurred loss to the nature. But its not true always. Internet brought all the knowledge at our doorstep, and only a click away. Anyways here i am discussing about the Note Taking App. "Evernote" How it helped nature by saving millions of papers for notes, statements and many more.
      Well "Evernote " is an app best suited to those, who are in the habit of taking notes of almost everything. This simple apps replaced our diaries, albums, and CD to store our notes, pics, and voice memos.
        The beauty of Evernote is that it supports and syncs in all the major platofrms like android, iOS, Windows, Blackberry, and S60. Means if we are in love with this app, we need not to stuck with the mobile of particular OS, we are having the liberty to change mobile of any OS, and can retrieve the data of evernote by simple logging in. Evernote taught me to stay organised. In Evernote we can create notebooks and under that stores notes, pics, PDF statements for making them handy. Its available free as well as paid version, In free version it offers 60 MB data every month. and in Paid version it gives 1GB per month.
       There are so many note taking apps in the market. To mention few among them are  "Google Keep" by Google Inc. ,"One note" by Microsoft.  Evernote is well acclaimed by the users and the reviewers.  because of its compatibility in all the major platforms.

There are so many add ons available for evernote which makes it more powerful and alsoenhances the  productivity.

Web clipper :- this add on enable to store any web page or any marked paragraph on page to read it later. Previously  we used to bookmark to refer it later, but the main drawback of bookmark. Is that once the bookmarked page expired then we can't retrieve that page. But in web clipper it saves the content even after the page expires. 

Skitch:- This add on enable to edit the images, add note, annotate, tag, and so on to make it more understandable to others. 

OCR (optical character recognition) :- with this we can turn the hand written text in to machine searchable words. Whenever we required some data from archives in the PDF or jpeg format. We can search PDF files but jpeg format are not searchable. Evernote lets you jpeg files also searchable and quickly organize all your search material, add tags, annotate it and search  for key terms through your raw data in seconds, thanks to ocr feature.
