Attention to all running staff, Shifting of starter signal...

 All running staff to note that Railway board has decided to shifting of starter signal to the boundary of track circuit ahead  to mitigate the risk, as per the Railway board letter no. 2012/Sig./Sem-II/Misc, dt. 10.10.2012, issued order on 13.06.2013.
            All the running staff are very prone especially in goods train to overshooting of starter signal, as there is no margin between the train and starter signal. Hence to cater the risk of signal  overshooting especially during long hood leading the above mentioned Railway board has decided to shifting of starter signal.
